Returns & Refunds
At this time, I do not accept returns or offer refunds on purchases made through The Little Post Studio, including The Little Card Post subscriptions and other shop items, except where required by applicable law or as outlined below.
Please review product descriptions and details carefully before placing your order, as all purchases are considered final.
Little Card Post Subscription Payments
Little Card Post subscriptions are $12 per month. By subscribing, you agree to a recurring charge of $12 each month. Payments submitted for less than the full $12 subscription price will not qualify for that month's mail club envelope.
In these cases, the partial payment will be refunded after the monthly subscription sign-up period closes.
Managing Your Little Card Post Subscription
Your subscription is flexible! You can pause, skip, or cancel your Little Card Post subscription anytime before your next renewal date.
To manage your subscription:
- Visit The Little Post Studio's website and navigate to the Subscribe page.
- Click "Log in to manage your subscription."
- Enter the email address associated with your subscription.
- Follow the instructions to access your subscription management page through Stripe.
- From there, you can manage your subscription, update your payment information, or cancel your membership.
Any cancellations made before your next renewal date will prevent your next scheduled payment.
Once a renewal payment has been processed, that month's order will follow our standard refund policy.

Shipping Policy
I take care in packaging each order to ensure your handmade goodies arrive safely! ♡
- Little Card Post Mail Club: Monthly mail club orders are sent through USPS letter mail.
- Flat Items: Stickers, sticker sheets, and other flat items will be shipped through USPS letter mail whenever possible.
- Larger Items: Items that are too large or bulky for letter mail will be packaged and shipped in a box.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- USPS First-Class Letter Mail: Approximately 1–5 business days.
- Boxed Shipments: Delivery times will vary depending on the shipping service selected.
Please note that USPS letter mail does not include tracking, and delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to postal volume, holidays, or other circumstances outside my control.

Damaged Items or Incorrect Orders
I take great care in packaging each order to help ensure it is correct and arrives safely. However, I understand that accidents can happen!
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 5 days of delivery with your order details and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
I'll review the issue and do my best to make things right!
